Italy: Amalfi Coast

Start in Salerno, travel through Ravello, Amalfi, Valle dei Mulini, Praiano and finishing in Positano.

England: Cornwall

Start in Penzance, then travel to St Michael's Mount, Helston, The Lizard Peninsula, Cadgwith, Falmouth, St. Austell, Polperro, Bodmin, Perranporth and St. Agnes, Chysauster, St. Ives, Penwith Peninsula, finishing at Land's End.

California: Pacific Coast Highway

Start in Monterey, travel through Carmel-by-the-Sea, Point Lobos State Reserve, Big Sur, Garrapata State Park, Old Coast Road, Bixby Bridge, Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, Nepenthe, Lucia, Plaskett, Gorda, and Ragged Point, San Simeon, Cambria and finish at Morro Bay.

New Zealand: North Island

Start in Auckland, travel to Huapei, Waikato, Rotorua, Hamilton, Lake Taupo, Western Bays, Foxton and finish at Wellington (and travel to the South Island!)

Everest - you're probably not going to get a better view of it anywhere else!

Would you do any of these?! Active volcano bungee jumping - at a bargain price of $10,000, you can bungee jump from a helicopter into Chile's Villarrica volcano. With only a safety harness and no hand rail, you can walk along the mountain face of Mount Huashan in China across foot wide wooden boards! Swim with deadly jellyfish in Northern Australia! Go on a tour of Chernobyl... Take a trip along the infamous Death Road in Bolivia...

Some of these trees have been around since the last ice age! Methuselah is a bristlecone pine tree located in the White Mountains, California, is thought to be around 5000 years old. Its exact location is a secret to protect it! Llangernyw is planted in a churchyard in North Wales. It's a 4000 year old yew tree. One can only presume the church was built around it! Fitzroya Cupressoides is a conifer located in a forest in the Andes mountains. It's thought to be at least 3500 years old! The oldest tree in this post at around 9500 years old! Old Tjikko is a spruce located in the Dalarna province of Sweden - looks a little bit sad all by himself!
